TMA is a dynamic South African Architectural and Interior Design firm who practice design from their Head Office in Bedfordview, South Africa.

Established in 2016, Trademark Architecture, otherwise known as TMA, is one of the up and coming firms in South Africa, with branches in Johannesburg as well as working on co-operative projects throughout Africa. The firm has experience in the design and delivery of Head Office buildings, Retail Projects, Signage, Commercial and Retail Refurbishments, Residential developments, Residential alterations, Luxury homes, Office parks, Panel beaters, Shopping Centre, Hotel/Lodge and Warehousing facilities, both locally and internationally.

Utilising the firms varied experience, the TMA team combine architectural aesthetics with practicality. The aim is always to satisfy the particular needs of each individual client, be they private or corporate. But crucially, everything is done within the watchwords of ‘budget’, ‘innovation’ and ‘timeframe’.

Residential

Our TMA team of professional designers assist in every choice of finish and specification for your home. This service is offered to clients building a new home, or renovating an existing one. Working hand in hand with your architect and builder, we ensure that every single room and space suits your wants and needs.

Hospitality & Leisure

TMA’s hospitality and Leisure spaces are functional, attractive and beneficial to the quality of life of the occupants or visitors that experience them. Hospitality interior design includes the design and planning of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, hospitality suites, conference centres, lodges and hotels.

Housing

Home is where the heart is. At TMA, we firmly believe in that statement. We strive to offer our clientele the very best in bold and dynamic interior spaces, keeping in line with the ideology of form follows function.

Corporate

TMA thrives on creating office spaces that are inspiring, professional and comfortable. We believe that every working environment should be tailor made to support the business housed within. We offer a service for smaller more exclusive offices to larger company space requirements – from renovations to full relocations.

Warehousing

Our warehouse interiors embrace a wave of the future. Combining modern design; innovation; technology and sustainability, to shape the industry for the better. All while improving overall productivity.

At Trademark Architecture, we make it our mission to lay out the process of working with us as clear as possible. That way you can gain an understanding of how we operate from the initial consultation all to way through to construction; administration and completion, to provide a full scope of design services.

01 Design & Spatial Planning Stage

  • Client meet on site and brief.
  • Design conceptual sketches

  • Mood boards and samples
  • Design stage is 40% of total project value
02 Sourcing Stage
Step
  • Furniture
  • Fabrics
  • Appliances
  • Sanitary ware
  • Ironmongery
  • Accessories i.e. Artwork, mirrors, etc.
  • Finishes for floor, wall, ceilings, etc
  • Sourcing stage is 40% of total project value
03 Supply & Management Stage
Step
  • Arrange for the supply and/or manufacture of the above sourced materials to site
  • Should it be necessary to visit the site during this stage, actual hours and traveling costs will be charged as a disbursement
  • Supply stage is 20% of total project value
